Why You Should Have a Pool Warranty
Warranties are honored once your project is paid in full and all landscaping is completed per city & county code to pass a Final Inspection
Lifetime – Shell (Transferrable 1 Time)
Pool must be kept full at times
This warranty is only transferable one (1) time
If pool is drained for any reason we must be informed
Must be notified, in writing, if you sell your home so we can update our records

2 Year – Travertine/Pavers
- Settling
1 Year – Screen Enclosure
- 1 Year Warranty – Does not include rips, tears, or storm damage.
1 Year – Solar
3 Years – Hayward Equipment (Transferrable 1 time)
- As a “Totally Hayward” builder, Larsen’s is able to offer a 3-year manufacturer warranty. www.hayward.com/3year on all equipment except for pool cleaners.
The following are all Non-transferrable:
Lifetime Pebble Sheen
- Does not cover freeze damage or root damage
Lifetime Tile and Coping Adhesion
- Does not cover grout
- Does not cover temperature fluctuations which can cause chipping or cracking

General Conditions
- Warranties are non-transferable except lifetime shell one (1) time
- Owner negligence is not covered
- Warranty is voided if any outstanding balances are due and/or landscaping is not completed, and/or final inspection is not completed
- All electronics, pumps & sub panels not covered for power surge damage
- 1 Year leak warranty
- Warranties start at Interior Finish date
